I look at it as any publicity is positive publicity. Especially with a name that sticks in people's memories so easily like NPSH's, and see this only as an entirely great thing!
I feel a lot of the reviews written about the band usually end with the word hipster, followed by comments saying "What a fucking gay name for a band" or the always unnecessary "Fuck indie-hipster douch bags." Not only does this show that many of these commentators know absolutely nothing about the band members (at least in the douch bag aspect). It also further perpetuates that only alt and hipster kids like the band thus further adding to a problem that they [the commentors and VH1 and other mainstream media] have with the band, simply because VH1 wrote a mildly negative article about them. I would like to see a music reviewer/site that can describe NPSH without using the loaded word of "hipster", a word that no one really seems to have a definite answer of what it really is.

yeah hipster is so silly. but i dont really take any reviews too seriously. u just gotta do yo thang. and any press is good press, so they say.
