Happy Birthday Late Night With Jimmy Fallon!!!

Apparently it is Late Night with Jimmy Fallon's birthday tomorrow! I wasn't keeping track. 1 year old. I think he's doing a great job. To celebrate, I bet lots of great things will happen on his show this week, including this tonight:

I am glad Jimmy didn't have to be moved all the way to 1:05. That would have sucked. We can thank Conan for that I guess. Of course, it also sucks that Conan doesn't have a show anymore.... Yeah NBC, I haven't forgotten, don't try to fool me with those commercials for The Tonight Show actin' like nothing happened! We were all there. Except for babies born in the last 3 weeks.

Now here is a picture of two of my best friends in the studio audience on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon:

Guess which ones they are...

Here's something I did not know: Phil Collins did the voices of Muk & Luk in Balto. Whaaaat?

Food Fight

A couple days ago Shaun and I were discussing salads and which one was the best. Then i started thinking, if food could stand up and walk around, which one would win in a fight? Luckily there was once a show called Fighting Foodons in which they addressed this exact problem.

Apparently in a fight between fried rice and a giant beef, dinosaur, lunch box thing, fried rice would win.

Hipster Puppies

There are few things in life that are better than puppies dressed up in people clothes. Thankfully there are about a million blogs dedicated to it. Here's the most recent one i've discovered: Hipster Puppies

ENJOY!!!!!

Two Horses, Of Courses

I bought these magnificent creatures at Goodwill yesterday for 2.99

They are now the guardians of my desk, and they need names. I am taking suggestions.

Things are slow in our blog land. That magical place where blogs come from. I am dragging my feet through the chocolatey sludge of my brain to find something to blog about.

>>>

I had a dream last night that I was at a party and a big man brought in a HUGE bottle of alcohol, like novelty size, to celebrate something. But I knew it was poisoned! He started pouring four glasses and I was trying to think of a plan of attack for getting people to not drink it when suddenly Tina Fey (or more likely Liz Lemon) burst in the room and started dropping the glasses of poisoned alcohol on the ground saying "WHOOPS!" very loudly and unconvincingly. It's hard to replicate in real life or especially in a blog, but it was so funny that I immediately woke up and laughed out loud.

I need to eat some thai food leftovers now, before I die of starvation.

They're GR-R-REAT!!!

Sometimes when people ask me how i'm doing i wish i could figure out a more interesting way than just telling them. For instance, what if i said what cereal box mascot i was feeling like.

(I'm realizing that it works better when people ask you how you're feeling but that usually implies that at some point you were not feeling good but now hopefully you're feeling better. Which is weird, but anyways...)

It might go something like this:

Guy: "What's up David? How're you feeling?"

Me: "Like Tony the Tiger"

Guy: "What?"

Me: "You know, cause i'm gr-r-reat!"

This might be the dumbest idea ever, or the coolest......

Happy Belated Weezer Day

2 Days ago was Valentines day, but more importantly it was Weezer's 18th birthday.

OH WAIT!!!!
SHOCKING REVELATION:

From Weezer.com aka Weezer Webmaster/"5th member"/Karl Koch:
"The day of the bands formation has traditionally been recognized as 2/14/92 (Valentines day), but further research some years back showed that the band's very first rehearsal was on 2/15/92."

This is actually great because a couple of bros and I had an awesome Weezer jam yesterday, and we were like "Man, we should have done this on Valentines day because how perfect would that be!" And now I am like "Holy crap we did it on the right day without even knowing, how perfect is that!" (Or I guess since this is a Weezer post I should go ahead and say "How cool is that!")

But it is also actually not great because I always loved that they formed on Valentines day, because if there is one kind of LOVE I love to celebrate, it is Weezer Love. Oh, and regular love I guess.
